Q: When will I know who’s in my car on the ride up and back?
A: Car assignments will be posted on the walls in the gym at check in.
Q: When will I know who is in my dorm room?
A: Room assignments will be posted on walls in the gym as well. If you made requests to have specific students or leaders in your room, you almost certainly will.
Q: I have food allergies can I get an adjusted menu?
A: Yes, please let Isaiah know as soon as possible so that we can make the proper arrangements with the retreat kitchen.
Q: I have medication I need to take, is that allowed?
A: Yes, bring it with you and pack it safely in your luggage. Our leaders are also able to help administer medication if needed upon request.
Q: What is the policy on cell phone use?
A: Phones are allowed at the retreat, however use is prohibited during worship and teaching times.
Q: As a parent, what is the best way to get in contact with the retreat leadership?
A: Due to spotty cell reception we suggest emailing Isaiah.Thompson@cc-ea.org. He will regularly check his email.
Q: Who are driving the students?
A: Our staff & pastors in our church vans, and trusted leaders and parents in their personal vehicles. The drive is about an hour and a half each way.
Q: Will there be retreat apparel available?
A: Each student will receive a complimentary retreat shirt, and there will be retreat hoodies available at check in for $35.
